Located in the first block North of the Roundabout and Claude Allouez Bridge, our address is rather confusing: 107 South Broadway. How did this quirk happen? For over 100 years the bridge over the Fox River was North of us. This set up the numbering system for De Pere, even after moving the bridge one block South!
